Prusa MK2S extruder modification for Anet A8

Modified original prusa x-carriage & extruder-body for using Prusa MK2S extruder on Anet A8 (46 mm between x-axis bearings).
Not tested yet during printing, but the size between the bearings fits well.
During my work I found that the current downloads from Prusa Research (files from 9/2017) are dimensionally different then my files from 3/2017. I have added the correct original files needed to build the extruder.
