Modular Dual E3D mount (Infitary M508/Anet A8)

This one is a complete redesign of my previous attempts to create a dual E3D mount. This time, my design goal where to

1) Have a modular design to be able to quickly exchange parts
2) To have an easier mechanism for height adjustment av the J-head printheads
3) To be able to adjust the height of the cooler
4) To be able to even use a E3D vulcan head.
