BIBO Touch X Bearing Covers

I created this two years ago because our BIBO Touch machines have a design flaw. The X carriage platform rides on four bearings supported by an aluminum sandwich piece that usually come broken from the factory. These four covers fully replace those parts. Make sure you use loctite when you replace the screws and nuts because they have a habit of coming undone, falling out and ruining your day.

I actually have two designs. My first design was flat and difficult to get level properly.
