bow stabilizer with hydraulic / sand damper

I loved the stabilizer that Modified_Gemini built (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2505865), as it's a great inexpensive solution to make several length stabilizers for different tournament rules etc.. I wanted to contribute to his design. Specifically, I wanted to add a counter weight / damper on the end that could be printed.
