***UPDATE 3/7/2019***

I have uploaded an upgraded version of the BondTech Extruder Carriage (V4) that includes wider blower fan brackets (2mm to 3mm) and removed modeled threaded holes which allow a screw and nut to fasten the fan in place for ease of printing and assembling.
