Here's a 100Hex based gear kit and the gears work! Thanks to McMaster-Carr for posting 3D files of their mechanical parts, I was able to use real gear geometry in Fusion 360. The base plate has 28 threaded holes located so that the different gears will mate in a number of different combinations. Check out the photos and the gear plan for all the possible combinations.

- I've included a tool to make assembly easier
