Designed for Home Depot 0.20” plywood and cut on a Glowforge.
Design created in 123D.
Material thickness designed at 5.2mm.
Design is made as zero clearance for all joints. The laser kerf makes all parts fit up nicely. (sometimes you can put a 1” peg in a 1” hole).
Glowforge settings: manual cut, speed 150, power 100%
I’ve included the 123D file with all parts and .svg files for each part.
The spindle is a piece of ½” PVC pipe.
