Amiga Gotek OLED Box (High profile with push buttons)

This is a remix of DanielCK's high profile Amiga 1200 OLED box, with the addition of 3 holes for push buttons, to enable next, previous and select/eject mod on the same box for more convenient navigation. Cables can go through the vents or out the back (a small opening for that has been added on the bottom).
