2020 Frame Foot with Rubber Bumper

I needed a little wider base to use with [rubber bumpers](https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-7-8-in-Clear-Screw-on-Bumpers-4-per-Pack-49072/206758282) I bought at Home Depot. The inset diameter at the bottom is 24mm, should fit the rubber bumper snugly.
