X5S Heat Bed Upgrades

Here's my approach to improving the X5S heat bed performance.
1. Insulate Heat Bed
2. Add Power MOFEST Bed Control.
3. Increase Bed Power from 12 Vdc to 21 Vdc
4. OPTIONAL
Add 24 VDC LED light strips for Stage Lighting
Add Digital Volts/Amps meter to monitor Bed Operation
