badge holder for arm strap

Needed a badge holder for my arm so modded existing badge lanyard I found I was going to cut the elastic out of an old pair of underwear and just tie and sew it. I stopped the print midway so I can put a credit card in the space so when it printed the overhand it didn't crush the slot an make it impossible to fit a card in
