I modeled this off of Mr. Pete's Shop Tips #203 and #204 titled Tubalcain Makes a Crank adapter for the Bridgeport Mill. I DO NOT have Bridgeport to try it on but I modeled one for my Excello 602 and it worked well but the Excello is a lot bigger. You do not have permission to make and sell these items.
