A map / race plan holder for mountain bike races and marathons.
Enforced with a carbon fiber rod (glued in).
Fixed on the handle bar with cable ties and eventually ruber (peace of inner tube) between the clambs and the handle bar.
The map / plan itself can simply be fixed on the base with tape.
