A8 Spool Holder

I added a more substantial top and bottom frame clip to prevent clips from falling off while mounting spool, and a deeper groove at the top to keep spool from falling during prints. I redesigned the speed holes to minimize filament use while maintaining strength. I used two nuts at each end of the threaded rod as caps so I can just drop it in and it's ready to go.
