Harbor Freight Dial Indicator Mounting kit for CR-10 (2017-2018 )

I found a mount that would fit my [current year] CR-10, tested it, and it worked well. I soon realized that I would need hardware to pin it in place and planned on stopping by the hardware store but didn't due to having a busy Valentine's Day. I figured I could either spend an hour or so driving to the hardware store the next day, or I could print something out and have it ready when I woke up in the morning.

Ideally the "hardware" should be printed in something like nylon, but PLA @ 100%
