Elastic-Powered Toy Canon Launcher

A cool little desktop toy canon designed to launch the included canon ball. Could also work with a marble, but I have not tried it. Needed to experiment with the elastics to ensure enough force to launch the ball. Plunger might need to be extended to allow for more recoil.
