This is a Nexus 5X car holder, which allows the phone to be used with the standard flip cover attached. And (optionally) allows the phone to be charged with the standard USB-C cable.
The holder attaches to a standard swivel mount.

To make this holder you will need the following:
2x M3x16 cheese head
2x M3 threaded insert
