Feedback bike repair stand adjustment knob enbigerator

I've always hated the wing nut on the vertical adjustment of my Feedback folding mechanics stand. It takes a good deal of force to keep it from sliding down and some times a painful amount of torque to turn it loose.

This part makes the wingnut a lot easier to turn. It's a very tight press fit, I had to beat it on. There's a slight taper to the wingnut slot to help.
