C-3PO hand

This is just some tweaks to the original hand made by TKKCC71. I wanted to straighten out some of the edges, create a flat bottom to stick to the build surface and add the knuckle tips in. I haven't printed this file yet but it's pretty similar to the one I designed and printed so I expect it will work equally well. I'll add a picture when I have a finished part. This part will need to be mirrored for the left hand.
