120mm Lid and Vertical Mount Stand for MKS Base 1.5 Case

I loved the case for the MKS Base and MOSFET, but I didn't have a 40mm fan to use, so I knocked a hole in the lid for a 120mm fan. I also noticed the thing sat better on the desk vertically, so I designed a support base to let it sit vertically.
Nothing special for these pieces, print at 20% infill and no supports necessary.
