You will need:
1 - M3 x 35mm hex cap screw with nut
2 - M3 x 20 hex cap screws
4 - M3 x 18 flat head screws with nuts and washers

Just be careful with the arms on the cover. They are a little fragile. I had to print mine 3 times before I didn't snap one while removing support material.
