Nespresso Capsule holder freely rotating

This is a remix from dionlevi's capsule holder.

It was already really nice, but I thought it was a shame that the rotation is just using plastic over plastic friction.
So, I decided to give my first try at blender to modify it so you can fit a 608RS bearing between both parts.
F608ZZ will work too, and you won't have to worry about pushing the bearing too far in the hole.

Included are both short (172mm height) and tall (200mm height) holders.
