anet a8 24t gt2 pully

the sleeves for the bearings kept breaking on me so i designed this solid one in hopes that it will last longer.

after printing one the flange was drooping from the overhang so I split it in half to ensure nice sharp edges

need to ream center hole out with a 3mm reamer for nice spinning action as well as use a
ny-lock nut on the screw that goes through it so it doesn't tighten itself (I am using a 3mm shaft and retaining clips from my rc parts bin.to alleviate this problem)
