Folgertech FT-5 R2 Assembly Aids

During assembly of a friend's FT-5 I developed the following assembly aids that I thought others might find useful.

Y_Axis_Spacer - this installs such that it connects the Y linear rail bar to the X frame bar at exactly 28mm spacing as called for in the manual and assists in centering the Y linear rails fore and aft on the 2020 extrusion.
