Gloomhaven Standee Bases

I wanted thinner standees. This remix is a complete redraw in Fusion 360.

* Numbers are counter sunk in the plate so you can flood with paint.
* The dial goes 1-12 for more use without having to add HP markers. (The 10 is an X to fit)
* The dials now have knubs to make rotation easier.
* The +10/20 hp markers are labeled and have tabs to help remove them easily.
* The +10/20 markers don't have holes in the bases to make them thinner.
* If you need above +20, I suggest printing a HP chit
