Print at the highest quality of the printer. The ball is sitcked to the case at the botton. You need to drill a small hole from the other side to free it. If it cannot move, drill a small hole on the ball and a small screwdriver to force it move. Sand the ball and use a lighter to polish the surface to reduce friction.

- Small ball wheel: In case the big ones do not roll well, a small one might help.
