More universal AU to EU Socket Adapter

I liked the idea of such converter, but the model provided didn't work for my socket (Polish standard), so I designe a new one.

Changes
1) Added hole in the middle (see picture)
2) Changed size to 15 mm, which is the right size for my sockets.
3) I moved the holes 2mm, this way it fits much better.
4) Added small bevel on the top (bottom is flat)
5) Added small hole on the bottom for glue (no support needed).
6) Created a 2 wire model.
