This is a simple desktop [adhesive notepad](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01D8F5NLY/ref=as_li_ss_tl?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=gtxcnc-20&linkId=3547c4319ccc79a5ae13c461edb5ffbf) holder. This one holds four 3 inch X 3 inch (76mmX76mm) pads, but if you want it taller or shorter I can mix one up pretty quick.
