Remixed Bed leveling bolt and nut for Anycubic Kossel

I couldn't get on with the original even though it is a great design. I found the threads too finicky and the mount plate separated easily from the threaded bolt part, probably due to bad ABS. Anyhoo, added stabiliser edges to the mount plate, made a custom profile thread for easy FDM printing at any resolution, and made it overall more robust. The nut was also tweaked for ease of printing and robustness.
