Grip panels for Ruger MK.IV 22/45

These grips are based on 1911 grips, so they're thicker than the standard Ruger grips. I printed them a 0.15mm layer thickness, but a higher resolution wouldn't hurt.

Added some pictures. The left grip is an older version, the right grip is the final version. Differences: The grip screws are fully recessed, and the bottom rear corner more closely follows the profile of the frame.
