The original thing is definitely working (thanks for that!) but I found it pretty challenging to print it nicely, strongly and fast because of the amount of weak bridges.
I've redesigned the holes from rectangular to cylinders. The holes are designed as 4.3mm circles which is standard in Europe for queen excluders. Feel free to redesign if you need diffferent holes - STL attached!
