Geeetech i3 Pro B - E3D Titan extruder support (with V6)

This is an upgrade for Geeetech i3 Pro B to mount the E3D Titan extruder with V6 hot end.

I designed it personally, and I tried to keep it very compact and include a fan to cool the filment when printing. I'm working on an another version to support extra accessories like BLTouch, etc...

NOTES:
1) print the Titan support with the large backplate facing the printer plate
2) the support include embedded M3 nuts to fix the 'fan tube'. If you never performed embedding nuts, I reccomend to wa
