I made a remake of my old powerbank for 18650 batteries, 4 of them. Please enjoy, there is a youtube video for the assambley of my old powerbank but the process is the same aswell as the parts, check out PART 2 for guidance how to.

Its 2.1A USB pcb-board so you can charge an ipad without problems.
