LCR-T4 Cover Case remix

Original solution is very very excelent, but it needs to be printed with support on the mount hole place - othervise the first layer in the hole, when diameter changes, starts to fall down. I modified it by including one 0.20mm layer on place where big holes change to small ones. You can remove it by a dril after printing. The second modification - I removed the text on the bottom part.
