Canted Rayven cages based on OFP

I took OFP's Rayven cage and tinkered it a little. The flywheels are now canted, the muzzle is tighter and feeds into the barrel, I removed some material at places where it caused problems in some blasters and added some walls to keep wires out of the wheels, also I put some ventilation shafts in to cool the motors. Cages for Blasterparts and Artifact are tested (with a little tinkering afterwards), the one for Snikkas Flywheels is not tested right now, I created it after a few of my Snikkas pri
