NinjaCookie Dual Z with pillowblock bearings

Remixed the original design to use 608 pillow block bearings to hopefully mitigate binding issues with the single stepper Dual Z rod design posted by NinjaCookie.

I have not installed this yet so I cannot comment on it's effectiveness.

The fit on the pillow blocks are a little tight at the moment so some sanding may be required depending on what material you are using. I have been printing in ABS so it may just be shrinkage of the ABS.
