Lazy Susan horizontal spool holder for cake tin drybox

I wanted a filament drybox but don’t have room for a massive one. All the smaller dryboxes seem to be flat so I needed to make a way to dispense filament with the spool on its side.

The solution is a Lazy Susan made with a simple 6202 bearing that I had kicking around. I’ve used the 2RS (2 rubber seals) type because the seals provide enough friction to stop the spool rotating and unravelling.

Simply print both parts, assemble onto the bearing and rest the spool on top!
