E3D-V6 Hotend and Modular Part Cooler

I used matt448's E3D v6 Blower Fan Adapter as a template. I modified the base adding mounting for the part cooler. Part cooler height is easily adjustable. I use this base to test other cooler designs by adapting them with a modular collar. This reduces need to reprint an entire cooler design.

The blower mountings are fitted for 5015 blowers and toolless mounting.
