A6 Cable chain outlet - wider

remixed the outlet part of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2503019 so that the "clamp" that attaches to the nozzle cooler mount plate is a little wider in order to fit https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2808287 (my remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2446466, which will also fit). Also reshaped right side plate for less material usage and better cable manageability.
