Carriage Bolt bracket

I was search for a bracket to fit a carriage bolt square neck. Couldn't find one, so I made one instead. This bracket is for attaching 1 carriage bolt (1/2 inch square neck). The other 2 hole are for standard desk screws (or whatever wood screws you have handy).
