Extruder Merger 2.0

In this new version the path to the hotend is shortened. This allows shorter distance retracts for cleaner dual color printing. The insides are the same for the most part the big difference is that the path for the filament once it passes the switch point is no longer an element in the part. Now the filament goes directly into the PTFE tube of the hot end.
