This was created as a way for me to measure and cut blue tape for my print bed accurately and minimize the waste. First you screw the two parts down to a piece of wood. Mount the cutter part a little shorter than your print bed dimensions. Then you stretch the tape from the cutter side to the measuring side, and then press down on the roller side of the cutter and it will cut the tape the desired length.
