TheGoofy 3D Clock Remix and Corrections

UPDATE: All initial updated files have been uploaded. I am going to be updating the lengths and quantities of steel rods needed as I assemble my test version. Please be aware that things still could change based on my findings while building my updated version. One thing I did change was the 1.5mm x 40mm rod for the balance wheel and spring. It has been changed to 2mm diameter.
