Hard Disk Drive PCB Cover

Created a cover for the green PCB on mechanical hard drives where the bottom of the drive is visible through a case glass panel (e.g. Corsair 570X. 460X). Uses the bottom screw holes to mount and only covers the PCB and ribbon cable.
