Greg's Wade's Accessible Extruder with 5mm output gear axle

This is a remix of Tick007's GWAE to eliminate the need for the 'M8_nut_adapter'

This thing includes only the body and the large gear, get the other parts from the original thing.

The body needs two 625 bearings and the gear has a pocket for an M5 screw with hexagonal head (8mm key). Use a long M5 screw (e.g. 50 mm or longer) with unthreaded part between the head and threads and file a flat spot for the drive gear retaining screw.
