GT2 6mm belt tensioner (M4 screws)

I was inspired by M3 Adjustable GT2 Belt Tensioner (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1071695), but wanted to make design using M4 screws which are more available long screws to me.

Tensioner is made in two orientations. Can be used depending on available space because of belt orientation.
As addition it is using plastic cable tie to secure the part instead of plastic snapfit clips.
The cable tie should be tighten on sharp corner of the groove. Please see horizontal tensioners photo with ca
