Raspberry Pi3 Fully Enclosed Sleeve with camera cable slot

V2 Enclosed camera cable slot to add strength to the vent 'fingers' from v1, increased clearance above board to accomodate the heatsinks that came with my pi3.

V1 of my remix of jklinkhamer's remix. Fits a Pi3 just fine, but needs to have the camera cable fed through the case then plugged into the Pi3. Does not fit with heat-sinks attached, I will be raising the top a bit in V2 to accommodate the heat-sinks that my pi3 has now.
