Here it is the filled REMIX.
Grip area dimensions : 30 x 15 x 5 mm

EDIT: I added the 123D file to custom the hinge to the dimensions you whant.
EDIT2 : I added the "Hinge simple DUO.stl" : 2 in 1 file and they well fit together.
