motorcycle 1" handlebar double ball mount

This thing contains two parts: a 1" mount for a motorcycle (or probably bicycle) handlebar with a .75" socket, and a ball mount with a 1" ball on one end and a .75" ball on the other. These two go together, and should allow any 1" socket part to be mounted.
