Pi Cam Mount for mini LED lamp

Remixed from IKEA Pi Cam by Olkal, I printed the original and promptly broke it because my "goose neck" was a bit bigger I think. Also the slot opening to slip the bracket on to the goose neck was even smaller than the hole. I opened up the hole to 12mm and changed the slot to a "locking block". It works great for me.
